1. General: Bodyflight Sweden AB, org.nr 559154-5453 provides the experience “Bodyflight”, which means that people can fly their own body on a jet of air in a glass chamber. The person who purchases an experience is referred to below as the Customer. The experience is provided at the facilities in Gothenburg and Stockholm.

2. Insurance: All Customers who purchase the Bodyflight experience will be insured for accidents at no extra cost in the event of any damage, loss or other inconvenience arising in connection with the experience itself.

3. Restrictions and other limitations: Bodyflight.se states the limitations and conditions that apply to the Bodyflight experience. If you are unsure about these conditions, please contact Bodyflight for more information. Bodyflight also wishes to draw the Customer’s attention to the fact that the stated time required for each experience should be seen as an estimate.

4. Bodyflight delivers gift cards that are multi-purpose vouchers and are valid as payment for all services and products at Bodyflight Stockholm and Bodyflight Gothenburg as well as companies within the Bodyflight Group. Purchases of gift cards can be booked at the time of purchase, or at a later time, through the booking system provided on bodyflight.se or another website within the Bodyflight Group.

The gift cards are valid in Stockholm and Gothenburg or another designated location. The Bodyflight activity is eligible for health care subsidies. In order to receive a receipt with their personal identification number, the customer needs to provide their personal identification number at the time of purchase.

5. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The customer must book an appointment within the validity period of the gift card. In cases where the customer has not booked within the validity period of the gift card, it is considered used up. Large groups are not covered by the buy-back guarantee. If the validity period of the gift card is about to expire, it can be extended for another 4 months. The price for this is 25% of the original value of the gift card.

6. The booked appointment is binding but can be rescheduled. For private individuals, rescheduling of a booked appointment can be done no later than 72 hours before the scheduled booked appointment. In the event that the Customer has suffered from illness, a doctor’s certificate is accepted for rescheduling of an appointment. For groups of more than 10 people and companies, cancellation and rescheduling apply at least 14 days before the booked appointment.

7. Right of withdrawal: If a private customer wants to return a gift card purchase made via Bodyflight and the experience has not already been booked, a refund is possible within 14 working days from the date the purchase was made. If the purchase was made via a Bodyflight authorized retailer, the Customer must contact the retailer for return of the item and refund. For larger groups and corporate customers, the cancellation rules in point 6 apply.
