What’s included?
At Bodyflight we kick-start each training session with an energetic warm-up and physical training that is always adapted to age. After changing into a flight suit, we gather for an inspiring briefing where we go over the day’s flight. During Flykids, we also focus on mental training to strengthen the self-esteem and self-confidence of each child. In addition, all children get a coached flight of at least 10 minutes with our fantastic instructors!
